This recipe is from my cousin, Jill. We lived together right before my husband, Scott, and I got married. I remember Jill and I making this casserole together in our little apartment. It was delicious then, and it still is today!
Feel free to tailor this recipe to your family's taste. Sometimes I cut back the Miracle Whip to 1/2 cup and reduce the amount of cheese slightly to lighten it up a bit. We also like to add other veggies on top such as chopped green onions and bell peppers, along with the lettuce and tomato.
