Ingredients
- 1 1/2cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2cup sugar
- 1/2cup brown sugar
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/4cup chopped walnuts,toasted
- 1/2cup fresh blueberries
- 3medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1/3cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, soda, and salt. Add walnuts and blueberries.
- In a medium bowl whisk together mashed bananas, egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Stir liquid ingredients into flour mixture just until combined. Do not over mix.
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake at 375 for 16 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center of muffin comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes; remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
